About Me
Founder, Lavender Honey Stories
Lavender Honey Stories was created from a simple belief: every family deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident as they move through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood.
I’m Clintisha Flemming, a birth doula and childbirth educator based in Atlanta, Georgia. My work is rooted in evidence-based education, calm guidance, and compassionate support for birthing people and families as they prepare for one of life’s most transformative experiences.
I offer private and small-group childbirth education classes, community-centered birth conversations, and postpartum transition support designed to help families feel more grounded and prepared. My approach blends practical information with space for questions, reflection, and real-life planning—because birth is not just a medical event, it’s a deeply personal experience.
Everything I offer is rooted in evidence-based information, but delivered in a way that feels human—gentle, honest, and grounded in real life.
I’m also a mother of two, and my own birth experiences are part of what shaped the way I show up in this work. Both of my births were hospital births, and they taught me how important it is to feel informed, supported, and respected in the decisions you make along the way.
Those experiences deepened my belief that there is no single “right” way to give birth—only the way that feels right, informed, and supported for you.
